Need Help Right Now?
This form isn't a crisis line, and messages aren't read around the clock. Anxiety Help can't give medical advice, can't refer you to a therapist and doesn't pass messages to providers. For help now:
- Thoughts of suicide or a mental health crisis: call or text 988, or chat at 988lifeline.org. The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is free, confidential and open 24/7.
- Someone in immediate danger: call 911.
- Finding care: call SAMHSA's free, confidential National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357, 24/7 in English and Spanish, or search the mental health facility finder and call a facility directly.
Send a Correction or Feedback
For a correction to a guide or state page, include the page address, what looks wrong and, if you can, a link to the official page (SAMHSA, NIMH, CMS, FDA, the VA, or a state mental health agency, Medicaid agency or licensing board) that shows the right detail. Every report is checked against the official source before a page changes. Feedback on what's unclear or missing is welcome too.
If you run a facility and its listing needs updating, the change goes through SAMHSA, which publishes the data. Call SAMHSA's Behavioral Health Services Information System at 1-833-888-1553 or go through FindTreatment.gov. The How We Research page explains the steps. Listings can't be bought or upgraded.
Never send health details, insurance numbers or other sensitive personal information through this form.
The details you send are used only to handle your message. The privacy policy explains how this form works.
